Bikyasa Yoga

Bikyasa Yoga is the perfect blend of Bikram and Vinyasa Yoga. Yoga aids in creating space in your spine and eases your mind. Your body will reap the benefits as well.

Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP)

Inferno Hot Pilates is a high intensity, low impact, interval training using Pilates Principals. Tabata style is an interval training method moving for 20 seconds followed by a 10 seconds rest. Each exercise is repeated 8 times.
