Inferno Hot Pilates
Inferno Hot Pilates is a high-intensity, low impact, interval training using Pilates Principals. Tabata style is an interval training method moving for 20 seconds followed by a 10 seconds rest. Each exercise is repeated 8 times.
Yogalates is a blend of Bikyasa Yoga and Inferno Hot Pilates. The class starts with Yoga for 30 minutes and ends with HIIT (high-intensity interval training). You will love this class.
This class is over before you know it. In just 45 minutes you will burn calories and set your metabolism into high gear for the next 36 hours. IHP 45 is an all out effort giving you the cardio blast you have been looking for. Did we mention this class is fun and fast?
IHP Booty Bands
IHP is great for all fitness levels. In IHP Booty Bands class we use resistance bands to take our fitness to the next level. This class can be taken with or without bands. We push ourselves for 30 seconds and take a 5 second break transitioning into the next movement for 8 rounds.

Our IHP Weights & Bands class is the perfect fusion of IHP Booty Bands and our IHP Weights class while using Pilates principals.
