For over 10 years, Jacquie Kay has focused on her health and well-being in order to properly lead and influence others in committing to being their best selves. Jacquie Kay is certified in Bikyasa Yoga and Inferno Hot Pilates and had been teaching for 7 years. She has developed custom booty bands, “Booty by Jacquie Kay,” and uses them in her daily classes along with the incorporation of hand held weights and interval cardio moves. Jacquie struggled with her weight and depression and found a way to transform her life through diet and exercise. Understanding that there were more people just like her, she wanted to share healthy fitness routines to those around her. Now a mother to an energetic 5-year old boy that requires her to be her ultimate BEST from sunrise to sunset, she can’t miss a day of exercise and clean eating. She loves sharing her energy and changing lives one booty at a time.

Jacquie Kay’s fitness fusion schedule is made up of 6 different class types Bikyasa Yoga, Inferno Hot Pilates, Yogalates, IHP 45, IHP Booty bands, IHP Weights, and more with focus on interval training and proprioception. Each class is strategically placed throughout 6 days a week to complement the class before to give you the maximum results you’re looking for. A creative mix of in-home workout classes (thanks Zoom), Jacquie Kay teaches a weekly outdoor Barefoot Booty Camp and offers private lessons.
